Reconstruction
of the Restaurant: Early in
2001 the total reconstruction of the restaurant commenced
and reopened to the public in September of the same
year. It's last major renovation had been some 20 years
previous, making it well due for a major overhaul. No
area was spared nor cost to achieve an amazing transformation
both inside and out, bringing it into the 21st century
with a splash.
Standard and style of the menu:
With such a successful upgrade of the building, the
standards of service and presentation followed very
quickly along with a very inviting cosmopolitan a-la-carte
menu.
The expertise of the chefs and
staff: The Blue Lagoon is blessed
with one of the finest chefs in Central New South Wales,
along with his brilliant kitchen and wait staff the
customer can look forward to a great dining experience.
The standard of local wines:
The Restaurant fosters a very exciting,
emerging wine industry, with choices to suit the most
discerning pallet. A full range of local, interstate
and overseas wines, beers and spirits, are also available
to suit your every wish.
Breakfast:Room
service is available every morning from 7am till 8:30am,
7 days a week, from the menu provided in the rooms &
for the guest who likes the comfort of eating first
then later dressing for the day. Besides the room service,
the restaurant is open for a cold buffet breakfast or
the most sumptuous cooked hot breakfast, prepared and
served in the great atmosphere of this beautiful restaurant,
just the thing to start the day. The restaurant is open
from 6:30am till 9:00am ,Tuesdau to Sunday, for this
breakfast delight.

public: The restaurant is open to the general
public, so
